Enabling crossover shifts for manual schedule generation

You can configure security permissions for the Enable Schedule Crossover check box to allow users to enable crossover shifts when manually generating a schedule. This is useful to test the effects of the option on generated schedules.

  1. Turn on Config mode.
  2. Select Scheduling > Schedule Optimization > Auto Assignment.
  3. Set the Act permission for the Enable Schedule Crossover check box to allow a security group to enable crossover shifts when creating schedules.
  4. Turn off Config mode and refresh the page.
The check box is enabled for the specified security groups.
