Using the Auto-Assignment Request Information form

As a system administrator, you can request for detailed information about your schedule, your employees, their availability and fixed shifts, and auto assign group configuration.

Before you start, copy the request identifier from the message if the auto assignment was executed from the UI, or from the batch task log if it was initiated from the auto assignment profile.

  1. Log in to WFM.
  2. From the home page, click Scheduling > Auto-Assignment > Auto-Assignment Request Information.
  3. Specify the Request Identifier.
  4. To show the data associated with the identifier, click Load.
  5. Optionally, you can select one of these options:
    Clear
    This option resets the Request Identifier field and removes any loaded information from the display.
    Cancel
    This option exits you from the form and takes you back to the main menu without making changes.
