Auto-Assignment Request Information overview

As a system administrator, you can use the Auto-Assignment Request Information tool to view detailed information about the optimization run associated with a specific request. This tool converts complex JSON data into a readable format, enabling users to interpret scheduling and employee information even without technical expertise.

Validation Mechanisms

Invalid Request Identifier: If an invalid Request Identifier is specified, this error message is displayed:

Empty Input: If the Request Identifier field is left blank, the Load option becomes not available and the field is highlighted as required. This ensures users provide a valid identifier before proceeding.

Result Display

Upon submitting a valid Request Identifier, the tool retrieves and displays detailed information from the AS_REQUEST table, organized into these sections:

General Information: Shows the scheduling parameters such as team name, date range, transition settings, batch generation, and time-out settings.
Employee Information: Provides details on employees involved in the schedule, including job roles, skills, and assignment rules.

Localization Support

All the user interface elements, including error messages and button labels, are displayed in the language that the user specified in their login settings. This ensures usability across different regions and languages.
