Creating manual overrides in employee event logs
- Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Attendance Management > Event Log.
- Click Create New Entry.

Specify this information:
- Employee
- Select the ID for the employee to whom the event log applies.
- Employee
- Shows the name of the employee to whom the event log applies.
- Event
- Select the name of the event.
- Work Date
- Select the date on which the event occurred.
- Time Code
- Select the time code to which the event applies.
- Log Points
- Specify the number of points the system adds to the event log when the event is triggered.
- User
- Select the name of the person who last modified the event log.
- Date
- Select the date the event was logged.
- Employee Reason
- Optionally, specify the employee’s reason why the event occurred.
- Supervisor Notes
- Optionally, specify any additional comments regarding the event.
- Auth By
- Represents the name of the supervisor who authorized the event. This field is populated by the system when the supervisor authorizes an event using the timesheet.
- Auth Date
- Represents the date the event was authorized. This field is populated by the system when the supervisor authorizes an event using the timesheet.
- Calc Groups
- Select the calculation group to which the event applies.
- Pay Group
- Select the pay group to which the event applies.
- Status
- Select the status of the event: PENDING or PROCESSED.
- Click Save.
