Setting up auto-processing

Use the Attendance Control Process Task in the Job Scheduler to indicate the interval at which attendance event and violation records are processed. The task processes records starting from the last time it was run and up to the date that you specify.

Note: The last processed dates for events and violations are stored in these tables:
  • AC_EMPLOYEE_DATE.ACEMPDATE_EVENT_TO_DATE
  • AC_EMPLOYEE_DATE.ACEMPDATE_VIOL_TO_DATE
  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler.
