The WFM Form/Workflow Manager is an administrative tool that allows you to track the progress of interactions (business objects) using the WFM application.

Use the Form/Workflow Manager to track interactions by:

• Type
• WFM User who submitted the interaction
• Last WFM User to update the interaction
• Status
• Initiation Date
