Copying a workflow form

Use the Copy button to create a copy of a Workflow Form that you can then modify.

Note: You can only copy Form Builder version 3 forms.
  1. Navigate to Maintenance > System Administration > Toolkit > Form Studio > Workflow Form.
  2. Enter a search term and use the Find button to search for an existing Workflow form.
  3. Click Edit to open the Workflow form.
  4. Click Copy.
  5. Specify this information:
    New Name
    Provide a name for the new Workflow form.
    New Description
    Provide a new description for the Workflow form.
  6. Click Go.
  7. Modify the copy of your form as required. The process for modifying a workflow form is similar to creating a new workflow form. See Creating a custom workflow form for information on adding fields and values.
