Viewing Form/Workflow Manager details

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Toolkit > Form / Workflow Manager.
    The Business Objects Administration panel is displayed.
  2. From the Interaction list, select the interaction connected to the workflow that you want to view.
  3. From the Initiator list, select the WFM user who initiated the flow (that is, submitted the interaction).
  4. From the User list, select the WFM user who last updated the interaction.
  5. From the Status list, select the current workflow stage in which the interaction is displayed. Available Status options include:
    ACCEPTED
    View accepted or approved interactions.
    CANCELLED
    View cancelled interactions.
    EXCEPTION
    View interactions with system generated exceptions.
    PENDING
    View pending interactions. This value is the default for this field.
    REJECTED
    View rejected interactions.
    RESEND REQUESTED
    View interactions that have been resent to their originator.
    RESENT
    View interactions that have been resent by their originator.
    ALL
    View interactions in all statuses.
  6. From the Period drop-down list, select a date range during which the interaction was initiated.
    Note: The Period date is based on the interaction initiation date.
    For example, this period lists all interactions that were initiated within the Last 7 Days.


  7. Click Go. The results of the search are displayed.
  8. Choose an option:
    • View the Details of the interaction.
    • View the workflow History of the interaction.
    • Cancel the interaction only if the interaction has not yet been processed.
The Comments section of the History for Batch Approval processes shows the user name of the user who accepted or rejected the interaction. This information enables you to track which user, with Batch Approval privileges, processed the request.
