Setting up the WFM suite

Multi-tenant customers must work with the Infor Cloud Ops team to set up the WFM Suite for the ION API integration.

You can complete some steps on your own. To do so, you must have access to these log-in credentials:

• Infor System Administrator or a user with the ION API Administrator role.
• WFM System Administrator

This table provides an overview of what log-in credentials are required for each application and procedure.

Enabling Scopes	Infor OS - API Gateway	Infor System Administrator or a user with the ION API Administrator role.
Creating a user for the external integration (Optional)	Infor OS - Security	Infor System Administrator or a user with the ION API Administrator role.
Handling employee for the designated ION API user	Workforce Management	WFM System Administrator
Creating an authorized app in ION API Gateway	Infor OS - API Gateway	Infor System Administrator or a user with the ION API Administrator role.
