Manual setup for WFM Suite

To access and use the WFM Suite, you must integrate the WFM Suite with ION API.

The steps in this section apply to both the WFM Suite and the WFM Clock Suite. You must set up each suite manually. After these steps are complete, you can validate the suite and begin to use it for your business requirements.

Note: The instructions in this section apply to configurations using Infor OS and ION API Gateway.

For multi-tenant installations deployed after 2023.10, the manual setup is complete, and these steps are not required.

For existing multi-tenant installations, work with the Infor Cloud Ops team to integrate the WFM Suite with ION API.
