Exporting a measurement group

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler.
  2. Click Parameters beside the ACA Service Hours Export task.
  3. Select ACA SERVICE HOURS EXPORT from the Export Type drop-down list.
  4. Click Next.
    The ACA Export Task Parameters page is displayed.
  5. Specify this information:
    File Name
    Specify the file path and the name of the file to which you want to export, for example:

    /export/aca/service_hours.csv

    Append Timestamp
    Indicate whether you want to append the current time to the specified file name. Select this check box if you plan to keep the files in the same directory and want to ensure older ones are not overwritten, for example:

    /export/aca/service_hours_20141014020000.csv

  6. Under Type, select On-Demand Period Export.
    See Export type options.
  7. Select the measurement group that you want to export from the Measurement Group field.
    The associated periods are displayed in the Measurement Period drop-down list. Only periods that have already been closed are included in the list.
  8. Select a measurement period from the Measurement Period field.
  9. Click Submit to begin the export.
