Custom Attributes

Groupings of certain attributes are delivered with the Infor Workforce Management Analytics solution.

The groupings include:

  • LOS Group

    Length of Service Group that is based on the number of Years between Hire Date and Snapshot Year/Month.

    • 11-15
    • 16-20
    • 21-25
    • 26-30
    • 31-35
    • 35-40
    • 40+
  • Age group

    Age is based on years between Birth Date and Snapshot Year/Month.

    • <=20
    • 21-25
    • 26-30
    • 31-35
    • 35-40
    • 41-45
    • 46-50
    • 51-55
    • 56-60
    • 60+
  • Wage change
    Wage change is a flag in Employee History that represents if the wage changed or not.
    • 0 = wage is not changed
    • 1 = wage changed from the existing value
