Measure	Description	Analyze by date
Terminations	Provides the number of employees terminated by termination date	By Termination Date
Length of service at termination	Provides the average length of service until termination	By Termination Date
Employee Counts	Provides the average number of employees based on those employed as of the last date of each snapshot month. Employees terminated on the last date of the month are included in the count. Those terminated before the last date are excluded.	By Snapshot Date
New Hires	Distinct count of employee IDs based on employee hire date.	By Employee Hire date
