Shift Billboard dashboard

There are several dashlets that are available in the dashboards for Shift Billboard.

Dashlet name	Description	Chart type
Approvals Required Posts	This KPI shows the number of posts which requires approvals from the manager for Posting on the shift Billboard. We can Encourage staffers to post shifts that does require approval.	KPI
Claims	Displays the number of posts nearing expiry, so that they are claimed quicker and is used to prepare in filling open shifts using other ways.	KPI
Expiring Posts	Displays the number of posts nearing expiry, so that they are claimed quicker and is used to prepare in filling open shifts using other ways.	KPI
Rejected Posts	This KPI shows the number of Posts that are rejected by the Manager.	KPI
Popular Days Posts	This KPI shows which is the most popular day to post a shift, so that it gets claimed quicker. The Schedule planning strategy can then be changed accordingly.	KPI
Popular Days Claims	This KPI shows which is the most popular day for claiming a shift. The Schedule planning strategy can then be changed accordingly.	KPI
Claim by Job	Report showing % claims requiring approval by job.	Column
Claim Over Time	Report showing % successful claims by team for last X days	Line
Average Days to Fill by Job	Average days to fill a Shift by job. (Claim Date)-(Shift Posting date)/Total Number of shifts.	Column
Posts By Employee	Employee ,Employee Name, Preferred Job and distinct count of posts.	Table
