Report Catalog

Internally, Birst stores each space's reports and dashboards in a set of folders called the Report Catalog. The Report Catalog has a shared folder that allows authors to save reports and dashboards for use by other space members. The space administrator can grant or revoke Read Only and Edit permissions on sub-folders in the shared folder. In addition to the shared folder, each user has a private folder that only they and the space administrator can access.
