Modifying Report Catalog permissions

Use this procedure to modify Report and Collection folders permissions.

You can distinguish collections from report folders by their icons:

  • Folder icon

  • Collection icon

  1. Select Birst Admin.
  2. Select Space Management > Report Catalog.
  3. Select and rest your pointer over the folder section to modify and select the Change Permissions icon to the far-right of the folder name.
  4. Modify permissions in the Share access window and select Done to save the changes. Select Cancel to exit without saving the changes.
