A query or expression contains incorrect syntax

This error occurs when you upgrade WFM Analytics from the 2023.10.00 or 2023.12.00 version to greater than or equal to 2024.04.00 version and does not exist when the spaces are reprovisioned.

The error message is only likely to appear in the Clinical Science collection dashboards.

After the upgrade, go to Consumer Space > Dashboards > Clinical Science.

If the error shows on the dashlets, perform these steps:

1. Go to Consumer Space > Dashboards > Manage Variables.
2. Delete or rename these variables:
   • DefaultTwoWeeksEnd
   • DefaultTwoWeeksStart
