Consider Team check box for the Honor Availability rule in Auto-Assignment

A Consider Team check box has been added to the Honor Availability rule in the Auto-Assignment group Rules tab. You can use the Consider Team check box to have Auto-Assignment consider the team specified in the availability. If the check box is checked and there is no team in the availability form, the employee can work for any team.

For more information, see the Infor Workforce Management Auto-Assignment Implementation Guide.

Unassigned at Top display option in ASV

A new display option has been added to ASV. Users can select the Unassigned at Top check box to display all unassigned shifts at the top of the listing.

For more information, see the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.

Split shifts in Multiview Scheduler (MVS)

Multiview Scheduler (MVS) now supports the ability to split shifts. Users can split time spans within a shift that does not contain any book-off time. Users can also merge shifts and view any compliance warnings associated with splitting shifts.

For more information, see the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.

Click and Drop shifts in Mass Edit

A click-and-drop feature has been added to Mass Edit in ASV. You can use the click-and-drop feature to assign a shift or shifts to an employee and reassign shifts from one employee to another. Use this feature to select the shifts and drop them to corresponding employees to make agile schedule changes in ASV.

Team-level aggregation of shift counts in ASV Coverage panel

The Coverage panel in ASV has been enhanced with team-level aggregation of shift counts. The team-level shift count is the total shift count from all jobs. While working in the Coverage panel, schedulers can view the team-level shift count. They can also expand and collapse the team-level shift count totals.

For more information, see the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
