Submitting timesheets

After your timesheet reflects the actual week you worked (for example, any sick days you took are listed on the timesheet), you submit your timesheet.

  1. Select the Submitted check box at the top of the Weekly Timesheet.
  2. Click Submit for Approval.
    Note: If you click Submit for Approval without selecting the Submitted check box, a pop-up window is displayed asking for confirmation. Click Cancel to cancel the submission and return to the Weekly Timesheet or click OK to complete the submission.
  3. Specify a comment and click Submit.
  4. Click Close.
