Linking an employee to a course

To link an employee to a course:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Training Qualifications > Course Calendar.
  2. Click Edit beside the course you want to link an employee to.
  3. In the Employee Enrollments section, specify this information:
    Employee
    Specify the Employee ID.
    Status
    Select the employee's enrollment status in the course from the drop-down list. Options are PENDING, WAITLISTED, CONFIRMED, ATTENDED, MISSED, CANCELLED, and EXPIRED.
    Grade
    Specify the numerical grade the employee received for the course.
    Result
    Select the employee's final status of the course from the drop-down list. Options are PASS, FAIL, and PENDING.
    Comments
    (Optional) Specify the instructor's comments.
    User
    Specify the name of the person who entered the grade, result, or comment into the system.
    Transaction date
    Select the date on which the grade, result, or comment were entered using the calendar.
    Course ID
    The ID number of the selected course. This field is automatically populated with the course ID from the Course field of the Course Calendar Detail section.

    You can link additional employees by clicking the new row icon.

  4. Click Save to submit the information.
