Enrolling in a course

Supervisors cannot enroll in courses on an employee’s behalf. Each employee is responsible for submitting a Course Registration form using the ETM.

To enroll in a course:

  1. From the ETM Menu page, click Training.
    The Training page displays with the Course List tab selected by default.

    The courses that have not been added to the course calendar from the main application are displayed as "Not Available". See Viewing and modifying a course calendar.

  2. To view dates and further information about a course, click Dates & Info beside the course you want to view.
  3. Click Enroll in the Enroll column.
    The Course Registration form is displayed.
  4. Verify the information that is displayed on the form.
  5. Click Submit.
    A message confirms that your form has been submitted.
  6. Click OK.
