Creating employee overrides

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Basic Information - Override.
  2. Specify the employee ID in the Employee field.
  3. Specify the effective date for the overrides in the Date field.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Modify the fields in the Employee section, as necessary.
  6. Optionally, clear the Permanent check box at the bottom of the page to make the override temporary. Then select a date range for the temporary override in the Override Start Date and Override End Date fields.
  7. Optionally, enter a comment in the Override Comment field.
  8. Click Submit.
