Moving messages between folders

To move messages between folders:

  1. Click the Messages icon.
  2. Select the folder containing the messages you want to move. For example, Inbox, Sent, Deleted, Draft, or a custom folder.
  3. Do one of these actions:
    • To move individual messages from the selected folder, select the check box next to the messages that you want to move.
    • To move all messages from the selected folder, click All. This option selects all messages to be

      moved.

  4. Select the folder from the Move Checked Items To drop-down list to which you want to move the selected messages.
  5. Click Go.
  6. Click OK.
