Deleting folders or forms

To delete folders and forms:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Config Utility.
  2. Select the folder or form you want to delete.
    If a folder’s Del button is inactive, the folder contains other folders and forms. You cannot delete folders that contain other items. Delete the forms or folders in the folder that you want to delete first. Then delete the folder.
  3. Click Del corresponding to the folder or form you want to delete.
  4. Refresh the page and the folder will be displayed in the Menu and Dashboard Configuration page.
    The changes take effect the next time you log in to the application.
