Setting date effective rules to active or inactive

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Toolkit > Quick Rule Editor.
  2. Select a calculation group in the Calculation Group field.
  3. Specify the date you want to view in the Date field.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Select a time period from the Period drop-down list.
  6. Scroll down the left pane, and select or clear the Active check box to enable or disable the rule.
    The rule is only disabled or enabled for the time span that is displayed in the Period drop-down list.
  7. Click Save.
