Display approved time off requests

Approved leaves that are created outside of an MR or OTS, such as time off requests, are displayed on the assigned employee's row with the time off code in square brackets. For example, an approved vacation request could look like [VAC]. If an employee has multiple partial leaves on the same day, they are displayed as [...]. Leaves that occur on the same day as a plotted shift are displayed under the shift label.
