Reintroduction of Expand/Collapse All control

In addition to expanding and collapsing a single day's details, users can now expand or collapse all the visible days with a single click. This new feature is hidden by default. To display this new feature, the relevant security groups must be enabled.

Note: Using the “expanding all” option loads each day's details one by one. This new loading process uses the recently developed enhancements to timesheet performance.
