TOP replaces TOR

For release 6.1, the Time Off Request (TOR) feature is replaced by the Time Off Planner (TOP) feature. However, TOP is not yet integrated with MVS. This limitation means that when an employee is scheduled within MVS requests time off, their shift does not automatically appear in the relief scheduling area.
