The WB8000 log now provides better logging out of the box. In addition, help text has been added to the log file to assist administrators. The help text provides information on how to set up the appropriate log levels so that the right information is captured when troubleshooting issues.

WFMC-65

The WB8000 provides better user feedback and logging during a biometric scan for these conditions:

• If a fingerprint is read correctly but does not match any known fingerprint in the clock, a message is displayed that the fingerprint is not enrolled.
• If a fingerprint is not read correctly due to a bad scan, a message is displayed that the biometric validation failed.
• If after a badge swipe a fingerprint is not provided and a timeout occurs, a message is displayed that the fingerprint is not detected.
