Rotation Row Versioning modelling updates

Cognos Analytics modeling changes have been made for Rotation Row Versioning. The following changes were made in the Cognos Framework Manager model:

1. Refresh table ES_ROW_SHIFTS in the Physical Layer/Business Layer to reflect the column changes.
2. Drop table ES_ROTVR_SHIFT.
3. Refresh table ES_ROW_LM in the Physical Layer/Business Layer to reflect the column changes.
4. Drop table ES_ROTATION_VERSION in the Physical Layer and any objects that reference this table in the Business Layer.
5. Add table ES_RRVER_STATUS to the Cognos Analytics model.
6. Add table ES_ROW_VERSION to the Cognos Analytics model.
7. Add a new Rotation Row Version query subject to the Name Space ES Rotations in the Business Layer.
