Split shift enhancements

Split shift transactions are now persistent in the database. A shift that is split using the RCA is displayed as two, or more, separate shifts in the ASV and Staffing Center. If the split shift is reverted in RCA, the shift segments are merged back into one shift.

In the Employee Call Pop-up, users can split shifts into separate activity periods. They can then have employees accept portions of the shift.
