Displaying LTAs on the Time Off Planner

The calendar and approval pages now display information about existing LTA overrides that were generated outside of the Time Off Planner. As LTAs have a direct effect on whether an employee is expected to be at work, information about these overrides is valuable to both employees and supervisors.

As part of this feature, the Time Off Calendar can display multiple LTA overrides on a single day. When LTAs that were generated outside of the Time Off Planner are included, employees can view the details of the overrides in the calendar. Employees cannot edit or cancel these overrides within the calendar. Supervisors can also view the details of these overrides in the Time Off Approval page, but they cannot approve or deny them.

On days on which an approved time off request has been applied, the daily timesheet's absence icon is now highlighted similar to other LTA overrides.
