Hiding schedule information when LFSO schedules are unpublished

LFSO uses shift patterns for fixed shifts. When the Start of Day Task runs, it creates employee schedule records for those shift patterns. Employees can see those shift pattern records in ETM and mobility, even though the final schedule may not have been published in LFSO.

A new registry named /system/modules/scheduleOptimization/SO_HIDE_UNPUBLISHED_FIXED_SHIFTS_ON_ETM_MOB can be used to prevent unpublished fixed shifts from being displayed in ETM and Mobility schedules. By setting this parameter to true, employees will be considered to be OFF on days with unpublished fixed shifts. By default, the registry parameter is set to false to preserve the existing behavior.
