Hiding unpublished LFSO schedule information in the Time Off Planner

LFSO uses shift patterns for fixed shifts. When the Start of Day Task runs, it creates employee schedule records for those shift patterns. Previously, when the TOP_SHOW_SCHEDULE registry parameter is enabled, employees can see those shift pattern records in the Time Off Planner, even though the final schedule may not have been published in LFSO.

Starting in this release, the SO_HIDE_UNPUBLISHED_FIXED_SHIFTS_ON_ETM_MOB registry parameter is now used to determine whether an employee is scheduled. By setting this parameter to true, only published schedules are displayed in the Time Off Planner. Employees will be considered to be OFF on days with unpublished fixed shifts.
