About this guide

This document describes how to manage and use the Shift Trades module. The module allows employees to post shifts for trade or bid using the Employee Transaction Manager (ETM). Employees can request shift trades with predetermined employees using these methods:

• Self Service Portal
• Mobility
• ETM
