Hiding the No button on the Time Approval Required prompt

When users are prompted to review their attestation records, they have the option to cancel the attestation. To encourage users to review their time attestation records, you can hide the No button in the Time Approval Required prompt.

  1. Tap the Settings button at the bottom of the application menu to enter config mode.
  2. Tap the left configuration icon at the top right of the navigation header.
  3. Tap the security icon beside No to hide the No button.
The Security Configuration window is displayed for the PORTAL_CLOCK_TIME_ATTESTATION_NO element.
  4. For each security group, select Deny from the Permission Flag drop-down to hide the button or select Act to show the button.
Note: The button is available for users in security groups that do not have a permission flag specified.
  5. Tap Save and close the window.
  6. Tap the configuration icon beside the Do you want to review time attestation records? to modify the message. The default message assumes the user has the option to review their time attestation records at a later time and should be changed if the No button is hidden.
    The Localization window is displayed.
  7. Update the localized value for each applicable locale.
  8. When finished, tap Save and close the window.
  9. Tap the Settings button at the bottom of the application menu to leave config mode.
  10. Reload the page for the changes to take effect.
