System reports

Each report has different parameters. Some parameters are shared by multiple reports, and others are unique to one report.

See Report selection parameters.

This table describes the reports under My Reports > System Reports.

Report Description
Audit Tracking Report The Audit Tracking Report shows changes that have been made in database tables, including inserts, updates, and deletes. For each change, the report shows the user who made the change, the date and time of the change, the affected table and field, the new value, and the old value.

The report includes all tables for which auditing is enabled. You can enable or disable table auditing by selecting or clearing the Audit check box when editing the maintenance form with which the table is associated.

See "Maintenance forms" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

You must specify start and end dates when you run the report. You can run the report for all tables and all users, or for select tables and users.

Employee Contact Tracing Report Identifies all the employees that may have worked with the specified employee during the selected period. The report selects all employees who worked directly in the same team. Optionally, using the Include Parent and Sub Teams flag, an employer can also include employees in the Parent team and sub-teams of the team the employee worked. For the related employees, the report displays the work date, the worked team, worked start and end times, and contact information. The search criteria for the shift is padded by 15 minutes at both ends of the shift to include other employees who may have started a shift earlier or ended a shift later. The report is intended for supervisory, managerial and HR based roles.
Note: This report can be useful in the COVID-19 crisis as a mechanism to identify employees who may have come in contact with another employee who has been confirmed to have contracted the coronavirus. This report is named and implemented generically to avoid stigmatizing employees and does not imply anything specific.
Execution History by User Report Lists all the reports that were run alphabetically, along with the user name, package, and time stamp, since the logging database was created. The report includes the total number of reports each user ran, the total number of times each user ran each report and the total number of reports run by all users. The report can be filtered by user, report name and date range.
Note: When registering this report, you must use the default name supplied by WFM. If you change the report name, the report will not find any data within Cognos. For more information about registering reports, see Infor Workforce Management Report Authoring Guide.
Execution History Detailed Report Lists reports alphabetically along with the associated Package and the time stamp for each time the report was executed. The report also shows the total number of times each report was executed and total number of reports that were executed. It also includes a color-coded pie chart that gives an overview of how often the reports are used by showing a percentage distribution. The bar chart shows the number of executions during the same time period. Both the pie chart and the bar chart only show the top 10 reports even if more than 10 reports are selected. The report can be filtered by User, Report Name and Date range.
Note: When registering this report, you must use the default name supplied by WFM. If you change the report name, the report will not find any data within Cognos. For more information about registering reports, see Infor Workforce Management Report Authoring Guide.
Export Log Report Shows the transactions corresponding to export tasks. For each export task transaction, all of the export records are displayed. For both the transactions and the individual records, information on the current processing status, time, date, and error messages are displayed.
Import Log Report Shows the transactions corresponding to import tasks. For each import task transaction, all of the import records are displayed. For both the transactions and the individual records, information on the current processing status, time, date, and error messages are displayed.
Job Scheduler Report Lists the scheduled jobs that ran within the specified date interval. For each job, processing details, the job definition, the job schedule, and the run history are listed. The job definition includes the job name and the Java class that corresponds to the job. The schedule detail includes the next scheduled run time and the schedule interval. The job run history includes the last run date/time, the execution time, and the number of failures in the error log.
Report Update History Lists all reports that were added, updated, deleted or copied during the selected period. The report shows the user name, Operation, Report Path, and time stamp. The report can be filtered by User, Operation, and date range.
Report Usage History Ranks reports by frequency of use. For each report, it lists the user and the number of times it was run by the user since the logging database was created. This report can help identify underutilized reports. The report can be filtered by User, Report Name and date range.
Note: When registering this report, you must use the default name supplied by WFM. If you change the report name, the report will not find any data within Cognos. For more information about registering reports, see Infor Workforce Management Report Authoring Guide.
User Session Report Shows records of all users who have logged on to the system from the desktop application/ETM or mobility. Information displayed includes employee name, user name, date and time of the employee's last session, and the IP address used for the session.
Note: Users behind a Gateway that performs NAT (network address translation) will be logged into Workforce Management using the Gateway's IP address. This is because the Gateway makes the user's IP address private, while the Gateway itself has a single public IP address. That public IP address will be displayed in the report.
