WFMStandard package

Abstracted model of the overall database that is presented in namespaces. Each namespace provides out-of-the-box relationships as defined by the schema. Most of the core standard and premium reports are developed using this package.

This table describes the main categories in the WFMStandard package.

Actual Results Contains the historical data (for example, POS data), which is imported into the system and used by the forecast generation process. Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization
Attendance Control Tracks the events and violations of employee attendance. Attendance Control

Note: The Parsed Override Token query subject returns data from the WBI_OVERRIDE_VALUE table, which is a staging table that is populated by a pre-processing task.
Availability Contains the data from the availability management module, as extracted, transformed, and loaded by the Make Availability Reportable Job Scheduler task. Availability Management
Employee Balances Contains the balance information for employees. Balances and Accruals
Employee Information Contains employee information, including default labor settings and UDF data definitions.
Note: For performance purposes, you should avoid retrieving data from both the UDF Data folder and the Default Labor folder within the same tabular model.
Historical Payroll Cost Contains the historical payroll cost data that is imported into the system. Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization
Leave Management Policies Contains the policies, entitlements, and details for employees. Balances and Accruals. Entitlement and Policy setup screens
Overtime Equalization Contains the offers, responses, and employee points that are managed by the Overtime Equalization module.
RTSS Contains the processes, rules, and violations that the Real Time Self Scheduler module logs.
Scheduling Contains information about schedule shift details, generated schedules, score and cost, schedule compliance configuration, shift and shift pattern definitions, violations, and output of the forecast generation process. In addition, contains data that is added to the system regarding location property data, workload definitions, planned workload, planned volume, and budgeted payroll cost. In addition, contains information regarding staffing interval requirements for stores and departments that are associated to schedules. Scheduling MVS Call List Contains Relief Call List information, including call list member employees and teams that can access the call lists.
Scheduling MVS Production Plans Contains production plans.
Scheduling MVS Rotations Contains master rotations, one-time schedule templates, and one-time schedule information, including labor metrics, shift patterns, employee assignments, and compliance violations related to the master rotation rows.
Scheduling MVS Schedule Templates Contains staffing requirement template and shift template information.
Scheduling MVS Scheduled Shifts Contains all scheduled shift information in MVS, including assigned shifts, unassigned shifts, booked-off shifts, and relief shifts. For relief shifts, all call log information is included. Information related to unassigned shifts that have been offered via Mobile Shift Offer is also included.
Scheduling MVS Shift Definition Contains information about shift definitions in MVS.
Scheduling MVS Shift Preferences Contains information about employees' shift preferences, by team, shift type, and day part. Audit history on employee shift preference updates is also included.
Scheduling MVS Team Schedule Period Contains information about each team's schedule period definition.
Scheduling MVS Workload Contains each team's workload information stored in minutes, by job and day part. Census information imported from Infor Care Workload is also included in this namespace.
Work All time tracking information, including retroactively adjusted data, work summary data accompanied with processed clock punches, and employee time approval records. Time and Attendance
Report Helper Objects This folder contains objects that are not specific to any single namespace and are useful for report authoring by allowing access to additional database objects.
