Biometric sensitivity settings for the 9000 Series clock

Two new settings named bioMetric.threshold and bioMetric.threshold.enroll have been added that allow you to control the sensitivity of the fingerprint reader in 9000 Series clocks. During enrollment, the fingerprint reader is set to increased sensitivity to create a higher quality scan of the finger. After enrollment, the clock is set back to the default value for normal operations.
