Multiview Scheduler (MVS)

Ability to view shift counts in ASV Total Coverage panel

The By Shift Count option can be used to display the total number of shifts in the Total Coverage panel in ASV. The count of shifts is broken down by job and shift label. Shift counts can include the combined number of assigned and unassigned shifts, the number of assigned shifts, or the number of unassigned shifts.

See "Coverage display options" in the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.

Process drop down is read-only when only one process available

The Process drop-down in the Self Scheduling screen in the WFM desktop application is read-only when the user only has access to one process that is currently open.

Retain pending time off requests during rotation processing

Processing a Master Rotation or One-time Schedule retains pending time off requests that overlap rotation shifts. Users can approve or deny the time off requests either while the rotation processing is in progress or after processing is completed.

See "Unapproved time off requests and rotation processing" in the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.

System Health Check test for MVS activity type map

The "All activities used in MVS must have activity type map configuration" test has been added to System Health Check to ensure that all activities used in shift configurations, shift histories, or any shift ever generated in MVS have an activity type map configuration.

See "Test and Tag reference" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Team-based day start time

Team-specific day start times can be configured for MVS teams. Teams use a specific start time when the WBT_DAY_START_TIME column is specified during the team import process. Team-specific day start times determine the detail day of shifts created for the team, including ad-hoc shifts and shifts generated from rotations or shift templates. When this column is not specified, teams use the system day start time specified in the DAY_START_TIME registry parameter.

See "Team-specific day start time" in the Infor Workforce Management MVS Implementation and Administration Guide.
