Clocks

A new web-based clocking solution named TimeTrack is now available in multi-tenant, single-tenant and on-premises deployments of WFM. TimeTrack does not require a separate stand-alone clock server and is supported in a kiosk-based browser on tablets and desktop computers.

TimeTrack web-based clocking solution

TimeTrack records when employees start and stop shifts, take their breaks, change jobs, departments, dockets and projects. TimeTrack also features:

  • Labor metric selection as part of badge entry.
  • Language selection menu to change the displayed language on the clock.
  • Supervisor mode to allow supervisors to enter punches on behalf of employees.

Several security features are included to satisfy the strictest security requirements:

  • Device registration in WFM to prevent unauthorized access to the TimeTrack clock.
  • IP address whitelist configuration that prevents employee swipes from unauthorized locations.
  • Kiosk-based browser configuration that prevents users from accessing unauthorized web sites and configuration changes on the kiosk computer.

Configuration of the TimeTrack clock by administrators is available in the WFM application and includes these and many other features:

  • Validations such as schedule, consecutive types, same minute, break length and swipe order.
  • Ability to disable the Infor logo.
  • Configuration options for clocking in and out, meal breaks and other clock punch actions.
  • Time-out configuration for many clock features.
