Ability to see updated schedule during broadcast and cancel offerings

When a broadcast is in progress, the user can now see the updated schedule for the participating employees. When the user performs an assignment, there are no conflicts and overtime is minimized.

During the call, if the user finds someone available to take the shift, they then can cancel the call sent out to the employees within the relief calling list. In certain cases, the user can abandon the broadcast call and perform the award directly in WFM.
