Display balance information for managers in the Time Off Planner

Managers can now see an employee's balance information when approving or viewing time off requests in the Time Off Planner.

When approving a time off request, managers can see an employee's current balance for the given time off type in the Current Balance column. Additional balance information (accrued, used, and future approved) is shown in a pop-up. In the Time Off Approval page, managers can view an employee's balance information by clicking the Balances button.

The Current Balance column and Balances button are hidden by default for existing customers. You can enable the new column and button using config mode.

See the Infor Workforce Management Time Off Planner User Guide.

Premium overrides displayed in Time Off Planner now respect registry parameter

Premium overrides displayed in the Time Off Planner now respect the PREMIUMS_REPLACE_SAME_TIMECODE registry parameter. That registry determines whether premium overrides created through the inline details of the Daily Timesheet override any existing premiums with the same time code.

When the registry is enabled and multiple premium overrides with the same LTA time code are applied on a day, only the last override is displayed on the Time Off Calendar. This matches the behavior of the timesheet.

See the Infor Workforce Management Registry Parameter Reference Guide for more information.

Weekly Overtime Plus Rule

You can now configure the Weekly Overtime Plus Rule to assign overtime to an employee's non-home department first before the home department. Using this feature, you can pay overtime to employees who are scheduled in another department without incurring additional costs to the home cost center. An employee's home department is defined in the Employee Labor Allocation section of the Employee Override page.

See "Weekly Overtime Plus Rule" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Is Overlapping Work Details Condition

In the Quick Rule Editor, you can now add the Is Overlapping Work Details Condition to a rule. The condition checks for overlapping work details with the prior day and next day. For example, you can use the condition to trigger the Error Rule when an overlapping work detail is detected.

See "Is Overlapping Work Details Condition" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
