Self Service Portal

Initial release

A new mobile application designed for employees and supervisors is now available. Using the Self Service Portal, employees can send and receive internal email messages, view their schedule and timesheet, post and claim shifts, perform shift trades and giveaways, request time off, and more. In addition, supervisors can view their team schedule and dashboard and approve time off requests.

The Self Service Portal is a redesign of the existing mobility application, Mobile WFM, using the Angular framework. It is designed to provide a better portal experience for end users.

Note: As the initial release of the Self Service Portal focuses on improving the employee experience, portal features are being delivered incrementally. For features not ready to be delivered, a hybrid approach is used. Existing mobility pages have been embedded into Self Service Portal so that users can access them from the Self Service Portal application menu. These pages will be redesigned for the portal in future releases.

Users can access the Self Service Portal through Infor Ming.le or Infor Go. When users select the Infor WFM option in Infor Ming.le, they are directed to the default application that is set for their security group, which can be the Self Service Portal or the desktop application. Users with access to both applications can switch between them using an option in the menu. When users select the Infor WFM option in Infor GO, they are directed to the application that is set in the InforGO_DefaultApp registry parameter, which can be the Self Service Portal or the existing mobility application.
