MODULE_OTE

This parameter controls whether the Overtime Equalization module is enabled in the product. Overtime equalization (OTE) is the process of balancing overtime work offered to employees. OTE is used to ensure that employees are given equal opportunity to earn extra overtime income.

The OTE module tracks the overtime offers that an employee accepts and rejects, and calculates the employee’s overtime balance. To ensure that employees are offered overtime fairly, OT balances are used to determine which employees are offered overtime hours first.

If set to True, Overtime Equalization is enabled in the product. If set to False, the Overtime Equalization module is not enabled.
