This parameter allows you to verify whether an employee already has the specified role for the same team or an ancestor team during the same period when assigning user roles.
When set to TRUE, the system rejects the new assignment if the employee already has the specified role for the same team or an ancestor team during the same period. This is the default.
Note: The Employee Import logs a warning message for any assignments that fail because of this validation and continues processing.When set to FALSE, this validation is not performed.
