SHIFT_OFFER_SVC

Description:

This registry parameter enables customers to configure the Mobile Shift Offer feature to use the default Blue Yonder/Vortex service or a custom service. The registry parameter is set to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplJDA by default, which configures Mobile Shift Offer to use the Blue Yonder/Vortex service. Customers using the Blue Yonder/Vortex service must complete the authentication setup and specify contact information for employees as UDF values.

Customers using the Vocantas service specify sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplVocantas in this registry parameter. Customers using Vocantas must configure the WFM application server and Vocantas server to enable two-way communication.

You can use a custom service for Mobile Shift Offer by specifying the bean ID for a custom class in this registry parameter. This custom class sends outbound requests for shift offer transactions from WFM to the custom service. A custom API endpoint is also required to implement this callout. This API endpoint receives inbound requests from the custom service and then uses core APIs to complete shift offer transactions. Customers implementing this callout must work with Infor Consulting Services to develop the API endpoint.

See the Infor Workforce Management Mobile Shift Offer Implementation Guide.
