OPT_CUTSTRATEGY

This parameter determines how much effort the Optimizer uses on the cut generation phase, where the Optimizer adds extra constraints to a problem in an effort to narrow the solution space. The level of effort can be left up to the Optimizer or can be specified. There is no guarantee that more effort spent in this phase leads to a more effective narrowing of the solution space.

Do not change this parameter value before consulting Infor Consulting Services.

• -1 - Automatic selection of cut strategy
• 0 - No cuts
• 1 - Conservative cut strategy
• 2 - Moderate cut strategy
• 3 - Aggressive cut strategy
