NUM_THREAD_DETAILS
This registry parameter is used to configure how many "JobSchedule top thread" rows are
shown in the job scheduler monitoring logs.

If the registry contains a value below 1 is found, the job scheduler will use 1. If the registry contains an integer value above 10, the job scheduler will use 10.
