REQUIRE_COMMENT_IF_NOT_SELF

This parameter controls whether users are forced to enter comments when creating overrides on the timesheets of other employees.

When set to True, users must provide comments when creating overrides on the timesheets of other employees. If they do not, the override is put in the exception state.

When set to False, users do not have to provide comments.

This parameter applies to overrides on the Weekly Timesheet, Daily Timesheet, and Employee Basic Information - Override page.
